Customer Account Merge Issue: Duplicate Contacts Created in Customer Standard Form (Doc ID 359674.1)

Symptoms

The standard Account Merge function does not seem to provide a way to merge identical contacts at the customer account role level. It always transfers them, even if they are exactly the same, leaving duplicate contacts under a single address.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create customer named Jackie Claudia 1 (Customer Number 4284) with contact person Jackie Claudia
2. Create customer named Jackie Claudia 2 (Customer Number 4285) with contact person Jackie Claudia
3. Merge customer Jackie Claudia 2 to Jackie Claudia 1 (request id = 2782727)
4. After the customer merge is completed, you see duplicate contact person
Under customer Jackie Claudia 1 (customer number 4284), but only one is active.
