Arxcudci Business Purpose Details Sales Territory Does Not Show Description

Symptoms
When viewing sales territory in ARXCUDCI the field only shows the value and not
the description. How to view the descriptions for the territories?
Create customer, assign business purpose Bill To, open business purpose form,
go to sales territory field, click list of values. The list of values only contains numeric
values and not the description
descritpion.
This shows the Customer Form -
