Symptoms

See supply / demand type of Cycle Count Reservation in the Supply/Demand Detail Form.
Cycle counts are not used at all within the Oracle Applications so do not expect to see cycle count reservations.
The demand is tying up onhand quantity stopping related orders for the item from shipping.
The material does not show as free to be released/picked.
This issue is intermittent.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the item to have available quantity to ship.

STEPS
1. Goto Inventory > Onhand Quantity, Availability > Item/Supply Demand
2. The find window appears
3. Enter the item.
4. Press find.
5. The results appear.
