Symptoms

The customer prints a concurrent request and the out file does not print plain text; instead, the report is printed with the following Postscript driver information:

              %!PS-Adobe-3.0
              %%Creator: Pasta version 3.0.4.0
              %%Pages:(atend)
              %%EndComments
              % Copyright (c) Oracle Corporation 1999-2003
              << /PageSize [612 792]
              /NumCopies 1
              /Collate true
              >> setpagedevice
              /pasta_dict 100 dict def
              pasta_dict fegin
getfont{exch findfont exch scalefont} bind def
... ...
... ...

 

Changes

This issue is associated with a newly installed client printer that is printing reports from a concurrent processing server where Pasta has been configured and is being utilized by other printers.
