Symptoms

Task Attachment are not being downloaded in MFS Laptop

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Customer Support
  2. Navigation: Service Request
  3. Open a Service Request (SR)
  4. Click on the paper clip icon to upload an attachment
  5. Upload the attachment
  6. Save
  7. Sync mobile client
  8. Open the SR, there is no attachment visible
