Symptoms
When attempting to query a customer in Oracle Credit Management, to enter a credit application, the following error occurs.
Error - Unexpected SQL error encountered when performing search. Procedure: HZ_MATCH_RULE_53.find_parties Error: ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-10599: column is not indexed Please contact the system administrator.
STEPS
1. Open Credit Management responsibility
2. (N) Application / New Application and enter any search criteria
2. Click on Go and the error message is displayed
