Reason Code and Comments Field on OEXOEORD Disappear After Saving

When performing a quantity change or cancellation of a line, the REASON and COMMENTS fields become available for populating. After populating the fields and as soon as either the Save or Book actions are taken, the data in these two fields disappear and the fields grey out. Even on requery, the fields are greyed out and blank.
