Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in TEST Instance:
AUTO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT emails are not being sent

ERROR
Auto Acknowledgements emails are in SENT Folder either.

STEPS
1. Login to EMC. Go to Administration
2. Processing Rules > Auto Acknowledge > Enter an Auto Acknowledge Rule
3. Associate Rule to an Email Account.
4. Send test mail ... no acknowledgement received

BUSINESS IMPACT
It is crucial from a customer service perspective that the customer receives an acknowledgement whenever he send an email.
