Symptoms
When a package in a workflow is compiled, the workflow errors out is as follows:
Error in Workflow OEOH/6464 ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04061: existing state of package body "<APPS_SCHEMA>.<PACKAGE_NAME>" has been invalidated
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body "<APPS_SCHEMA>.<PACKAGE>"
ORA-04061: existing state of package body "<APPS_SCHEMA>.<PACKAGE_NAME>" has been invalidated
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body "<APPS_SCHEMA>.<PACKAGE>"
The Workflow Mailer is known to error out with this error too.
