Oracle seems to be enabling the 'Multiple Entries Allowed' flag automatically for Elements with 'Taxable Benefits' Classification for CA legislation.
Is this standard functionality, and is there a legislative requirement to have multiple entries allowed for 'Taxable Benefits' elements?
