Browser Opens and Closes When Trying to View BPA Invoice

EXECUTABLE:ARBPIPCP - Prints BPA invoices
Symptoms
When trying to view the BPA Print Program output, a browser window opens and then quickly closes again.
The invoice (in pdf format) is displayed briefly before the browser closed.
The problem is with the pdf file created by concurrent program "Invoice Print BPA Child Program"
or as BPA user, viewing the 'print preview' instead of 'online preview'.
Changes
Using Internet Explorer 6 on XP service pack 2, and popups are allowed.
