Goal

While creating a new Service Request and entering a Note/Task, the following error occurs:

    API Programming Error (JTF_IH_PUB.Close_Interaction) The Value "" for parameter outcome_id is invalid
    100501: non-ORACLE exception

It can also occur when updating a Service Request, changing the status to Closed.
