Symptoms
When clicking 'Create Expense Report' , the following error is shown on the General Information
page:
"The descriptive flexfield with application name Oracle Payables (SQLAP) and name Expense Report
Line (AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_LINES) is not frozen. Please contact your system administrator"
