Queued and Inbox Messages Cannot be Viewed by Supervisor (Doc ID 362278.1)

Symptoms

When the Email Center Supervisor selects a non-zero link from either the 'Emails in Queue' or 'Emails in Inbox' queues, the following message is reported:

"No records found matching the given criteria."
