How to Resolve FRM-40654 Errors When Updating a Project or Other Transactions in Projects?

FORM:PAXPREPR.FMB - Projects
Goal
When modifying a project (or some other type of transaction) in Projects you get the following error:
FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change
The error may occur when:
- Trying to change the project status
- Trying to update a task
- Updating asset names or descriptions
- Saving other changes to a project
- Updating a budget line
- Updating an event
- Updating transaction import records
It may occur in almost any form within Projects or Grants Accounting, for example:
- Projects (PAXPREPR)
- Capital Projects (PAXCARVW)
- Events (PAXINEVT)
- Agreements (PAXINEAG)
- Review Transactions (PAXTRIMP)
- Awards (GMSAWEAW)
