Symptoms

A user creates a GL entry from ADI / Web ADI and accidentally marks it for reversal.

The journal is successfully imported in GL.

After running the Reverse Journals Program a reversal journal is created.
The reversal journal is deleted but when entering in Reverse Journals Window a new reversal journal appears

### Steps to Reproduce ###
1. User creates GL journal marked for reversal.
2. Reverse Journals Program creates reversal.
3. User deletes reversal.
A new reversal appears in Reverse Journals Window.
