Symptoms
When trying to create an WebAdi document the following error is occurring:
' Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException - BneOAWordViewer
Parameter: bne:map failed validation, parameter should NOT be NULL or EMPTY
string. Mail Merge requires a Mapping.
(viewer generated no output)'
