Purpose
There are transactions stuck in WIP_COST_TXN_INTERFACE
1.The transactions are not getting resubmitted. Tried script:
2. There is no error message.
3. There is no cost cut off date set in the Organization Parameters (Inventory>Setup>Organizations>Parameters>costing TAB)
