Symptoms
After populating mtl_material_transactions (MMT) via insert into the mtl_transactions_interface (MTI) table, for an inter-org transfer, the cost worker results in error and populates the costed_flag with E in the MMT.
Error code = No error
Error explanation = CSTPACIN.COST_INV_TXN:CSTPAVCP.interorg (160): ORA-00001: unique constraint
(INV.MTL_CST_TXN_COST_DETAILS_U1) violated , and
CSTPACIN.COST_INV_TXN:CSTPACDP.insert_account (10) ORA-01400: cannot insert
NULL into ("INV"."MTL_TRANSACTION_ACCOUNTS"."BASE_TRANSACTION_VALUE").
