Service: Merge concurrent process should change CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B.ACCOUNT_ID (Doc ID 363637.1)

Symptoms

After perfoming a customer/party merge, and than querying a service request which belongs to
a merged party, the CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B.ACCOUNT_ID is null on the service request form which causes further errors to appear.

Error
API Programming error (JTF_IH_PUB Add_Activity) The value "4452" for
parameter cust_account_id is invalid.


Changes

1. Perform account merge and party merge for two customers.
2. Verify that the process completes without errors.
3. Query a service request of the merged parties/accounts.
4. The account field will be null.
