Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are unable to log into iProcurement. An error appears when trying to go the Home Page. This error cannot be reproduced at will and only is observed sporadically.
Due to this issue, users cannot log into iProcurement consistently.

[ ] (ERROR) balance: continuing session to <xxx>.servername.co.us : 16002
[ ] (ERROR) ajp12: Servlet Error: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: null
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Go to iProcurement.
2. Click on Home Page.
3. See the error..
