Error Message "This record has been modified by another user" While Updating the Locations (Doc ID 363890.1)

Symptoms

Locations are uploaded through interface. While making changes to some of the locations, get the following error:

"This record has been modified by another user. The new information for this record is as follows: Column modified: ATTRIBUTE5. New value: *******.You must requery the block to view or modify this record"
