Symptoms

Unable to update item master after upgrade to 11.5.10.

Message : "Cannot propagate Master controlled attribute value to child organizations.

Cause: The following validation failed for organization item record: Enable Contract Coverage Item must be Tracked in Installed Base.

Unable to update the item price (inventory item) because of the above error.
