Cannot Copy A Requisition Having Supplier Configuration Identification - Allow or Prevent Copy (Doc ID 364790.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10, Supply Chain Management Family Pack J, requisitions that were created from punchout to Directly to Supplier-Hosted Catalog (cXML) and contain supplier part number or supplier auxiliary part number cannot be copied to cart.

NOTE: In 11.5.9, there was no such validation.

ERROR:
X Error: You cannot copy an item with a supplier configuration number to your shopping cart

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Create a requisition containing supplier part number or supplier auxiliary ID through punchout to Directly to Supplier-Hosted Catalog (cXML).
  2. Attempt to copy this requisition to the cart.
