Symptoms

Running the Cost Manager concurrent program errors with.


Cause: cmlacm() failed due to ORA-1407: cannot update "INV"."MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS"."LAST_UPDATED_BY") to NULL.

Changes

The Install Base Error Correction and Synchronization concurrent program was started, but canceled/terminated before completing successfully.
