Symptoms
Find the Substitution Rule for Oracle Quoting approval is not recognizing the approver listed in the rule.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create List Creation Rule with Ordinary Condition for the QUOTE_ORDER_TYPE
2. Create Approver Groups with one member
3. Create Substitution Rule
4. Testing a real transaction and applicable rules shows both rules
5. The Final Processed Approver List shows the approver from the approver group and not
substitute approver
