Symptoms
Oracle Receivables (AR): Transactions Workbench Information Center > Note 365553.1
Within the transactions workbench, when creating a new transaction, the form raises an error similar to the following:
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-99999
The error number following ORA- changes depending upon the issue encountered, following are some examples:
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-25207
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04098
