Symptoms
While processing an initial request, HRI Load All Supervisor Hierarchies has the following error:
ERROR
HRI_CS_ASGN_SUPH_EVENTS_CT module: HRI Load Supervisor Change Events
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P001
ORA-00001: unique constraint (HRI.HRI_CS_ASGN_SUPH_EVENTS_U1) violated
HRISUPCR module: HRI Load All Supervisor Hierarchies
ORACLE error 6510 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
