In the Customer Support Specialist Agent Dashboard page the 'Agent Dashboard' link appears four times in the top menu (Page Header) along with Preferences, Logout links etc. If the cursor is placed over these links, it can be seen that the link is pointing to different functions for Agent Dashboard Pull, Agent Dashboard Push, Agent Dashboard Cherry Pick and Agent Dashboard.
