Total Amounts On A Requisition Not Correct In Notification Page

Symptoms
When trying to change the item price on a requisition line, the line amount was changed but total amount on the header of requisition notifications page remain the same.
The total was calculated correctly and can be seen updated in the requisition summary form but the change was not reflected once it is displayed via the notification header page
Steps:

1. Create Requisition for example with Quantity of 1 , Price of 1
2. Forward it for Approval
3. Log in as the Approver
4. Open the Notification for Requisition, used Open Document Icon and modified the Requisition as follows
5. Change the Quantity to 2, Price to 2, on the requisition, and saved the form
6. From the Notification, use the browser Refresh and after refreshing the screen the Quantity, Price, show new values
7. However the Top line still shows Purchase Requisition with the old total value
8. Close the notification, go back to Notification Summary and open this Notification again and still see the same
total value from before the changes were made in step 5.
9. When clicking on link for View Requisition Details the current requisition data can be seen
