perform this action on an invoice.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Oracle Transportation Management Application.
2. Payment Invoice Management.
3. Payment Invoice.
4. Search for Invoice and select.
5. Action menu and search for 'Approve Invoice by Line', which is not visible.
