Symptoms
Data discrepancies and incorrect validations occur when receiving activities are processed using the following:
Receiving Open Interface functionality (including receiving data populated via EDI and 3rd Party software)
-or-iSupplier Portal
-or-Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Mobile Applications
-or-Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA)
-or-iProcurement
-or-Field Services Portal
-or-Oracle Time and Labor
-or-Depot Repair

*** Transactions initiated from the applications listed above are processed in the same way as the
*** transactions that are processed using Receiving Open Interface functionality.
