Contact Email Does Not Populate From Service Request To Print Friendly Format (Doc ID 367562.1)

When the Contact on the Create Service Request form has the Email field populated, the value in that field does not show in the Email field in the Contact area of the 'Service Request Quick View' HTML report created by the Print Friendly Format button under the Log tab. 

Create a Service Request with a Contact that includes an email address.
Fill in all the required Service Request fields.
Save the Service Request.
Select the Log tab.
Select the Print Friendly Format button.
Review the 'Service Request Quick View' report.

Is it possible to view the email address on this report?
