In Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Information Management (PIM), how does one import user defined attributes, using Excel Import, which have Unit of Measure (UOM) conversions.

When creating a numeric User Defined Attribute (UDA) in PLM and PIM, you can specify that a Unit of Measure (UOM) be associated to the attribute (ie. Weight =10, UOM = LBS). However, when performing an import of data for the UDA's via the Excel Item Import - there is no way to specify the UOM value for these types of attributes. Once the import is completed, the Unit of Measure simply defaults to the base UOM value.
