"Rebuild Help Search Index" fails with ORA-01631: max # extents (505) reached in table APPLSYS.DR$FND_LOBS_CTX$I (Doc ID 367861.1)

Symptoms

 

When applying <Patch 3275245> - '11.5.10 ONLINE HELP CONSOLIDATED PATCH',
the README.txt states following :

The Oracle interMedia search functionality of the online help system must be re-built after the help files are loaded into the database. To re-build the indexes, log on to the Applications with the System Administrator responsibility, and run the concurrent program "Rebuild Help Search Index.

When starting the Concurrent Request 'Rebuild Help Search Index',
the following error occurs :
