Cannot Receive Purchase Orders Due To Transaction Manager Timing Out (Doc ID 368178.1)

Unable to receive purchase orders in iProcurement. The receiving transaction manager times out during receiving process.

1) Log into iProcurement
2) Click on Receive tab
3) Enter purchase order number
4) Click GO
5) Select lines
6) Click Next
7) Enter packing slip number, comments, etc
8) Click Next
9) Click Submit.

The transaction could not be completed successfully. Please contact the system administrator for assistance. Your receipt could not be created successfully because the receiving transaction manager timed out. Please retry or contact your system administrator for further assistance.

Due to this issue, purchase orders cannot be received.
