This note has been created to aid in capturing the log files for 1-1 Fulfillment issues where the Requests end in a status of 'FAILED' and emails are not sent out by the 1-1 Fulfillment Server.

This note can also be used to debug issues with the 1-1 Fulfillment Server, as logging is turned on to the highest level and the details in the Events[x].log can be very useful in determining actions taken by the 1-1 Fulfillment Server.
