Encoding issues are problems where emails are received with characters that do not display correctly or where 1-1 fulfillment requests fail and the logs look corrupted on viewing.
This note has been created to aid in addressing One-to-One Fulfillment Server issues where:
- The Requests result in a status of 'Successful', but the emails sent out by the 1-1 Fulfillment Server have encoding issues.
- The Requests result in a status of 'Failed', and checking the logs shows issues in the encoding of characters in the log.
