Related Customer Ship To Is Not Showing In The List of Values (LOV) (Doc ID 369012.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2:
Find that when selecting the billing customer, in the Ship To List of Values (LOV), only the
corresponding Ship-To is showing, The Ship-To of the Related Customer, which is attached to this customer, is not showing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see the Related Customer displayed in the Ship To Location LOV., since Customer Relationship is setup in AR Customer Standard form.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Via the Order Management Super User Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Customers > Standard (in AR), Relationships tab.
3. Query:

Name: Customer name
Organization #: 32007
Customer #: 4530
Related Customers with Bil To, Ship To, Active and Reciprocal check boxes checked:
Name:  related customer
Number: 5090
Type: All

1. Via the Order Management Super User Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Customers > Standard (in AR), Relationships tab.
3. Query:

Customer Type: Organization, Active
Name: related customer
Organization #: 32927
Customer #: 5090
Related Customers with Bil To, Ship To, Active and Reciprocal check boxes checked:
Name: customer name
Number: 4530
Type: All

1. Via the Order Management Super User Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Customers > Standard (in AR), Addresses tab, Business Purposes tab
3. Query:

Country: United States
Site #: 18426

Usage: Ship To
Location: 10168
Bill To Location: (Primary and Active check boxes checked): 10166 for (Customer #4530)

1. Via the Order Management Super User Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Customers > Standard (in AR), Addresses tab, Business Purposes tab
3. Query:

Country: United States
Site #: 19226

Usage: Ship To
Location: 10986
Bill To Location: (Primary and Active check boxes checked): 10988 for (Customer #5090)

1. Via the Order Management Super User Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Sales Order form, Order Information tab, Others tab with Bill To information of:

Customer: Customer #5090
Customer #: 4530
Bill To Location: 10166
1234 Test
Test Address Line 2 for...
Denver, CO, 80124, US

Do Ship To Location LOV Find on 10% and the related Ship To does not display in the LOV.
