INCDCM and CMCCTM Not Linked To INVLIBR In Inventory Manager Log (Doc ID 369225.1)

Symptoms

When running the Inventory Concurrent Manager, the below error is occurring in the concurrent log file.

ERROR
This concurrent manager cannot run the following registered, immediate
concurrent programs because they are not linked to this concurrent
manager's library "INVLIBR"

Verified the issue in the log file as noted below:
