Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Find that the Concatenated_Segment Columns in the Cost Keyflex Table are Null
This can be seen in multiple ways:
- Looking at the COST Code date track history
- Review the data on the table PAY_COST_ALLOCATION_KEYFLEX
