How To Display Add/Delete Lines in Change Order/Request Action Log

Updating "Name" of Lines in Change Requests are also not recorded.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Create an ECO/ECR, add and delete lines on the change request/order.
2) Navigate to this existing ECO / ECR, click on 'Action Log' tab to view the history of a specific change request.
3) Add or delete lines are displayed on the Action Log.
Instance is having PLM E7 Rollup patch.
Additional history detail on change request / order is required.
