11i Re-Login Loops Due To Low Icx: Limit Time

This problem can occur on any platform.
You will experience looping when you try to log back in to Oracle applications after a session timeout if you have been working in Oracle applications for a time that is greater than the ICX: LIMIT TIME.
When your session in Oracle applications is inactive for greater than the value of ICX: Session Timeout on recommencing your session you will receive the following informational message:
"Your log in session is no longer valid. Would you like to log back in so that you can continue working? If you do not log in, any outstanding data will be lost"
However, if your ICX: LIMIT TIME has also been exceeded when you log back in so that you can continue working you will receive the same informational message again.
