Added A Value For The Lookup 'Ams_campaign_purpose'

Added a value for the lookup 'AMS_CAMPAIGN_PURPOSE' and checked the enabled check box as well. But, it is still not appearing in the Campaign Purpose LOV on the campaign page. Why is it?
I have also disabled one value. But it is still appearing on the page.
The new value should appear in the campaign purpose LOV.
Similarly disabled values should not appear on the LOV.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Forms and select Oracle Marketing Administrator responsibility.
2.Navigate to Functions >Setups >Lookups
3. Query for a look up 'AMS_CAMPAIGN_PURPOSE'
4. Enter a new value
5. Check the enabled box
