Outbound Workflow Email Notification is Not Received (Doc ID 370327.1)

Symptoms

Outbound workflow notification email is not received

Test mail sent to from any desktop client to replyto address value was bounced back by mailer daemon

Running the $FND_TOP/sql/wfver.sql shows no entries stuck in the WF_DEFERRED or WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue.  (This can also be seen in the Agent Activity screen from the OAM Workflow Manager console).

Notification status = SENT

(select message_type, status, mail_status, recipient_role from wf_notifications where notification_id = '&Notification Id:';)

IMAP inbox file contains no returned or rejected outbound mail messages

There is no test address setup in the notification mailer configuration.
