How does one order eligibility profiles/progression rules for each step within the grade ladder
setup wizard?

Customer's Participant Eligibility Profile
Derived Factors are listed as follows
Length Of Service
Seq 10, Manager LOS Step 5 6 7 8 9 or 10 to 11
Seq 20, Manager LOS Step 5 6 7 8 or 9 to 10
Seq 30, Manager LOS Step 5 6 7 or 8 to 9
....

Grade Ladder Setup Wizard displaying as follows
Manager LOS Step 5 6 7 or 8 to 9
Manager LOS Step 5 6 7 8 or 9 to 10
and so on

not in the same sequence

All these derived factors length of service are setup using the same Date to Use Code=Adjusted
Service Date
