Symptoms

When an Inactivating an Customer Site, the Customer Site, Customer Site Usage, Party Site and Party Site Usage are all inactivated by the system. However, when reactivating the Customer Site in Customer Form (ARXCUDCI.fmb) by checking the Active checkbox at the Address Head level. The Party Site and Customer Site are activated, but the Customer Site Usage and Party Site Usage are not.

Similar behavior is noted at the Party level, when inactivating the Party Site, the Party Site usages, Customer Site and usages are inactivated as well. However, when the party site is reactivated, only the customer site is activated. The party site usage and customer site usage remain inactive.

When you inactivate at the Usage level, for example: you inactivate the Bill To Customer Site usage, the Party Site Usage status is not changed, or when you inactivate the Ship To Party Site Usage, the customer site usage status is not changed.

Why are changes to Party Site Usage and Customer Site Usage not synchronized with changes to Party/Customer Site?
