 A. On both the Target and Source Instances:
 B. Create a personalization on the Source instance.
 
C. Now, it is time to export the Personalization.
 
D. After the xml file has been created in the Document Root directory, then move the xml file to
the target instance.
 
E. Now it is time to import the xml file into the target instance.
