TeleService: Email Options Disabled in Contact Center and Service Request forms (Doc ID 370767.1)

With eMail Center fully configured and working properly, it is not possible to send emails from TeleService.

Using Contact Center and choosing from the Tools Menu -> "Open email compose window" it is unable to be selected.
The icons on the top of the forms are also greyed out (disabled).
