What is the difference between "Delegate Your Response" and "Transfer Notification Ownership" in reassign notification functionality?
e.g.:
1. Go to iProcurement home page.
2. In the To-Do List region, click the "Click here to reassign notification."
3. Create the rule
4. Observe that below Reassign To field, there are 2 options:
Delegate Your Response
Transfer Notification Ownership
What is the difference between these 2 options?
